Your Qualifications:
Openness to coaching and eagerness to develop new skills are essential
A genuine desire to support and uplift others is a must
Possession of an insurance license is preferred, or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are key
A background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
A laptop or desktop computer is necessary (tablets or Chromebooks won’t suffice)
Basic computer proficiency is required
Must reside in Canada or the US and be fluent in English
