2. Q&A Meeting on Zoom

Candidates will be invited to a Zoom Q&A meeting with our National Hiring Director, State and Provincial Managers, and HR team.

Our National Hiring Director will provide a detailed overview of the role, covering State and Provincial licensing fees and exam processes, training programs, advancement opportunities, daily responsibilities, and scheduling insights.

3. Offer and Onboarding Process

Our hiring director and team will assess final candidates and determine hiring selections.

Those selected will be contacted by our hiring manager to assess if you have a license or direct you to how to obtain one.

Once onboarded you will be introduced to your manager to begin your new career path.

Your Role:

  • We provide the leads - You provide the human touch. You will reach out to clients to meet with them on Zoom.

  • Showcase benefit programs to onboard new clients and strengthen existing relationships.

  • Collaborate with your manager to set clear personal goals and objectives, achieving them through dedication and focused effort.

Your Qualifications:

  • Openness to coaching and eagerness to develop new skills are essential

  • A genuine desire to support and uplift others is a must

  • Possession of an insurance license is preferred, or willingness to obtain one

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are key

  • A background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required

  • A laptop or desktop computer is necessary (tablets or Chromebooks won’t suffice)

  • Basic computer proficiency is required

  • Must reside in Canada or the US and be fluent in English
